The actual solution for Uthman is actually if he accepts that Jesus isn't a Muslim. Which is also a heresy in Islam and would make the Quran wrong. Did he just invent a new dilemma?

The problem is that your explanation doesn't match the verses at all. Shirk according to Allah is unforgivable. If you do it it's straight to hell. When Uthman says that Jesus committed shirk it can only mean that He is in hell which would contradict the Quran either way.

To be fair, you lost that debate.

“Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills.” (4:48, 4:116)

The one who commits major shirk unknowingly has not left the fold of Islam, they only leave if doing it knowingly.

That is the consensus of the
Salaf and the classical scholars.

Shirk is the nullifier that the Qur’an and the Prophet ﷺ said it is, or the word “Muslim” means nothing.

All shirk leads to Hellfire.

Repentance is the only exit.

Without it, the destination is clear.

does not mean that He doesn't have the exact nature of God. And Adam did not have the perfect reflection of the image of God which is not something we see with anyone else in Scripture.

That's actually my favorite verse. 1 Corinthians 8:6. But actually Paul is splitting the Shema and including Jesus in it. I mean Paul called Jesus the one Lord but even you won't say that that means only the Son is Lord and the Father isn't Lord.

Since Muslims like to “non-canonical books, I think Christian should start quoting Jubilees 15 on them.

Yet John 6:38 teaches exactly that:
