ماذا يحدث لقلبك أثناء النوم بمرور الوقت:

بعد ساعة من النوم:
• يبدأ معدل نبضات القلب بالانخفاض تدريجيًا.
• ينخفض ضغط الدم مقارنة بفترة اليقظة.
• يقل إفراز هرمونات التوتر.

بعد ساعتين إلى 3 ساعات:
• يدخل الجسم في مراحل نوم أعمق.
• يعمل القلب بمجهود أقل.
• تنخفض حاجة الجسم للأكسجين والطاقة.

بعد 4 إلى 5 ساعات:
• يستمر القلب في فترة الراحة البيولوجية.

🇺🇸🇸🇦 The Supreme Court voided the obstruction conviction of a former Twitter employee who spied for Saudi.

Not because he didn't do it, but because the DOJ prosecuted him in the wrong state.

Unanimous ruling. Basic constitutional venue violation.

The DOJ built a whole Saudi espionage case and couldn't get the jurisdiction right. If they fumble the fundamentals this badly on a high-profile case, you have to wonder what else slips through.

فقدتُ جزءًا جميلاً هادئاً مرحاً
رجل استثنائي بالطيبة

🚨🇴🇲 Oman's Mina al Fahal terminal, one of the country's main crude export hubs, halted all loading after an explosion near its mooring berths, reportedly triggered by a drone.

No one has claimed the attack so far and it was not immediately clear when the attack took place.

Here's why this one stings more than most.

Mina al Fahal sits on the Gulf of Oman, outside the strait entirely.

With Hormuz closed since February, ports like this were among the last working exits for Middle Eastern crude.

Knocking one offline squeezes the few alternatives the market had left, just as U.S. inventories sit at 2004 lows and the world runs on buffers.

Whoever sent that drone knew exactly what they were aiming at.
