She referred to Jason Arday as a DEI professor, but I'm amazed how she has managed to survive in the university system for so long given her inadequacies you point out. She often attacks identity politics, but then says says she is criticised because she is a woman.

Immigrants create jobs because people need to be employed to make, distribute and sell the things they need and want to buy.

Actually, we have many highly skilled and educated people but not enough jobs which will get worse because of AI and automation.
