Report. MINNESOTA Medicaid Fraud Indictments INVOLVING Mohammad Omar, Cousin of FIDHIN Muna.

Mohammad Omar, a close COUSIN of Muna Fidhin from Somaliland, a breakaway region in northern Somalia, is among 15 people newly charged today in a major Medicaid FRAUD scheme in Minnesota totaling around $90 million.

The U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI announced the indictments this morning. He is reportedly WANTED by the FBI.

The people of Awdal are not people who support secession. They are patriotic citizens who want to keep their country, Somalia, united and refuse the division of the nation. Since 1991, they have been suffering and dying because militias calling themselves Somaliland have carried out violence against them simply because they stand for Somali unity and reject separation.

Monetizing Geographical Assets

Puntland will relinquish ALL claims to the Somali Presidency and Somali Government for the next 40 years in exchange for the deals outlined below.

🇹🇷 Turkey/Turkiye gets Bosaso port access for 25 years. We get minimum $8B+ investment, 30% of revenues, 35% profit share, and 85% of jobs go to our people.

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia develops Hafun's Port and fisheries and fuel terminals.
We get 20 desalination plants, salt factory, 7 new hospitals, 40% fisheries royalty and keep 25% ownership of every facility they build. "Made in Puntland" branding is mandatory.

🇦🇪UAE (Laasqoray) brings smart port tech and cyber defense. We get surveillance systems and Satellites, solar power infrastructure, 75% of logistics revenues and 60% profit share.
