As we begin Holy Week, let's remember that Jesus loves you so much that He marched right into Jerusalem knowing the pain and suffering He was about to endure.
He did it for you.
I just found a beautiful scripture: Isaiah 41:10.
There will always be trials and tribulations in life, but God will carry you through every storm in your life. And give you strength to make it, even when you feel like you can't.🤍
When God is for you, it really doesn't matter who is against you. The weapons may form, but they won't prosper. People may doubt you, talk about you, or even try to block you, but God knows how to protect what He's placed on your life. And what He's covering, no one can destroy.
And she learned to thank God for everything.
For the hard moments that humbled her.
For the difficult days that redirected her heart.
Because He never stopped working for her good.
I love when God confirms things for you subtly. Confirming that your discernment was right. You didn’t ask for it, but it’s like he’s saying “Good job, you’re not only hearing me more clearly now, but also listening” 🤍
And this is how she found contentment with God.
She was grateful for the little blessings.
She was prayerful during the hard moments.
And she was faithful in using every gift He gave her.
Dear God, I pray for the woman who is asking You to turn her darkness to light. There is a situation that has broken her heart and spirit, but she is trusting it to Your hands. Remind her when she worries about what will happen that what she feels Your hands can still heal. Amen.
“Now is our chance to choose the right side. God is holding back to give us that chance. It won’t last forever. We must take it or leave it.” - C.S. Lewis
We will all meet God someday, and He calls each of us to be ready. Through the atoning blood of Jesus, we can stand before Him with joy, not fear. I pray this message reminds you that the only true preparation for eternity is trusting Jesus as your Savior.https://t.co/K6Uakx5A9J
God nowhere promises happiness is to be a goal in life. It’s not a goal. Our goal is to obey God. Our goal is to do the will of God. Our goal is to be a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.” —Billy Graham
God doesn’t require confidence; He asks only for courage. If we wait for a feeling of confidence to settle in before we step out, we may never act. We must be willing to experience the uncertain adventure of exercising courage in spite of our lack of confidence.
Dear God, I pray for the woman who is asking for Your hands to make a miracle. Lord, she is trusting the impossible to You, even though she cannot see a way. Remind her, Father, when the hope feels hard that Your strength will lift every part of her heart. In Your Holy Name, Amen
May you refuse to procrastinate on the things God has clearly asked of you. May you deal with the issues of your heart that block your view of God’s goodness, holiness, and love. Daily love, forgive, obey, and pray because there’s a God in heaven who knows your name!
