Rather than give pilgrims to Mecca and Jerusalem special foreign exchange rates, the only people who should get that are industrialists like Dangote, Innocent Chukwuma, Mike Adenuga, and Abdul Samad Rabiu.

Even traders and petrol importers should not be given special FX rates. If we want to progress as a nation, only those producing made-in-Nigeria goods with Nigerian labour should benefit. Otherwise, our Naira will continue to fall, and our reserves will keep servicing foreign economies.
