In America, a house does not have one refrigerator. It has two.
The first one is in the kitchen. It is stainless steel, wiped clean with antibacterial spray, and governed by the laws of the family.
The second one lives in the garage. It was manufactured during the Cold War, it hums like an idling diesel engine, and it belongs to the county.
My neighbor Dave was working on his riding mower. He wiped motor oil from his forearm and pointed toward the back of the garage.
"Grab a drink."
I approached the white metal monolith. It was covered in faded stickers from high school football championships and minor league baseball teams.
I opened the door. A blast of arctic air hit my chest.
Inside was a complete parallel ecosystem:
Forty-eight cans of cheap beer.
A whole beef brisket wrapped in butcher paper.
Twelve bottles of blue sports drink for children who play soccer.
And an unmarked plastic container of chili from a winter nobody remembers.
"Why is this not in the kitchen?" I asked.
Dave didn't look up from his carburetor.
"The kitchen is regulated. My wife has rules about organic milk and celery. Out here, there is no government."
While we stood there, a man in dirty work boots walked up the driveway. He did not knock. He did not say hello.
He walked straight to the second fridge, pulled out a root beer, cracked the tab, raised two fingers toward Dave, and walked away.
I reached for my side. "A thief! Shall I pursue?!"
Dave took a sip of water.
"That's Greg. He lives three houses down. He loaned me his post-hole digger in April."
"Did you charge him for the beverage?"
Dave looked at me like I had asked if the sun charges for light.
"It's the garage fridge, man. If the door is up, the cold is free."
I bought a used refrigerator off the internet yesterday.
It shudders when it runs. It sounds like an angry bear.
It sits in my empty garage, filled with twelve cans of Dr Pepper.
Nobody has walked up my driveway yet.
The big door is open. I am waiting.
🚨France is burning. Schools torched, streets wrecked, and the people setting the fires are not tourists. They are second- and third-generation Muslims, born in France, who still treat the country like territory they are owed.
Paris keeps calling it a funding protest. Watch the footage. This is a takeover.
France needs new leadership. If Le Pen is elected, the bill comes due: wreck a school and you pay. A minor did it? The parents pay.
No more free destruction. No more pretending this is someone else’s country.
For 60 years the blue tits of Britain broke into the milk on your doorstep, and all they ever took was the cream.
It was first seen in Swaythling, near Southampton, in 1921. A blue tit landed on a bottle, pecked through the cap and drank. By the 1950s every tit in the country seemed to know the trick. Housewives put out saucers, stones and upturned cups. The birds learned to follow the milk float down the street and be waiting at the next step.
You will remember the bottle. Silver foil on top, and beneath it 2 inches of thick yellow cream that had risen overnight, with the white milk underneath. The first one down in the morning got it on the porridge.
That cream was the whole point of the burglary. A bird cannot digest milk. It has no means of handling the sugar in it. Cream is nearly all fat, with very little sugar, so the tits drank down to the line and stopped.
A wild animal weighing 11 grams, with every bird table and berry bush in the street to choose from, worked out how to open a sealed container to get at butterfat.
Then the habit died, in about 10 years. Nobody trapped them or changed the caps. The milk changed. It was homogenised so the cream no longer rose, then skimmed so it was hardly there, then moved to a plastic jug in a supermarket.
The blue tits inspected the red top, found nothing in it worth stealing, and went back to the hedge.
They were the last creatures in Britain to judge a pint of milk on what was actually in it.
@juan_krepecki@seanmdav Needed a shower hook. Found one for $12, but the only offer was buy one and get one free, and the price was now $26. It was supposed to include a "free surprise gift" as well. AFTER ordering I learn I have ordered from Hong Kong. Package arrived: ONE shower hook and no free gift.
Have you ever considered how much time and effort you expend each day just to not be scammed?
You assume every call from an unknown number is a scam, so you don’t answer. You can’t even answer calls with your area code, because you know the scammers spoof those.
Any e-mail from an unknown sender, especially if it contains links or attachments, is probably a scam, so you have to mark as spam and delete.
How about the insane number of text messages you have to delete and spam block each day?
And then there’s the mail, which is nothing but scam solicitations for car warranty service or absurd attempts to buy your land for a dollar per acre.
You probably also get hit up by beggars outside stores or on street corners as you drive to work. Or if you have to get a ride, you suddenly have to worry if the Uber or Lyft or cab driver is a scammer.
If you order food for delivery, is it going to show up or will you be extorted into an exorbitant tip to make sure it’s not cold and an hour late? Did the post office really try to deliver that package while you sat in your living room waiting for it all day, or did a lazy driver just lie about that because he didn’t feel like working today?
But wait, there’s more! Every idiot and his cousin now seem to have their own crypto scam coin, not to mention all the precious metal hustlers offering you pennies on the dollar. And don’t get me started on the reverse mortgages designed to steal your parents’ or grandparents’ homes from them.
Plus we have all the new Medicaid and Medicare and hospice and Quality Learing center scams run by foreign gangs and bubblehead cartels, all of which are supported and enabled by the politicians whose palms are getting greased by the scammers.
I swear it feels like half of American life revolves around avoiding the scamming behavior now endemic in our country, and the other half is spent working so half my salary can be sent right to the tax leech scammers responsible for all the insanity.
It wasn’t like this 20 years ago, and it sure as heck wasn’t like this 40 years ago.
The politician who runs for office promising to nuke the foreign call centers, execute the scammers, deport the foreign leeches, and to cut off the 4-5 countries everyone knows is responsible for all the scammery from the Internet entirely would instantly be the most popular American leader in history.
A massive chunk of daily American life revolves around avoiding foreign scammers, and it has to stop. Close the borders, deport the scammers, and nuke the call centers. It’s the most simple formula to political victory possible. We just need someone to finally do it and end the madness.
Scott Presler’s genius hack to expose all illegals on voter rolls in every state in the country. Not even a Democrat president could block it.
Here’s how Scott was able to purge thousands of illegal aliens from the voter rolls in Pennsylvania.
He obtained non-juror records.
Used the ones who were disqualified for being non-citizens.
Matched them up with names on the voter rolls and had them removed.
We need EVERY state to open their non-juror records for public inspection so we can do this across America.
This is genius @ScottPresler
@japan_nobunaga The fact checked facts, in fact were fake.
We trimmed the truth, for safety sake.
Apologies, honest mistake.
The admin stomped all over snake.
All was woke, but not awake.
To the ruling elites, a World War is not a catastrophe.
It is an incinerator.
For ten years, they tried to bury the truth.
They locked Assange in Belmarsh.
They trapped Snowden in Moscow.
They censored whistleblowers and bought off the mainstream press.
It failed. The internet awakened.
The receipts are leaking everywhere:
Unlawful surveillance. Engineered pandemics. Secret proxy wars.
So what is the establishment’s final escape hatch when cornered?
Manufacture World War III.
Roll tanks through European capitals.
Force millions into subway bunkers.
Cut off internet access "for security."
Burn down the entire global economy.
Because if the world burns to ashes,
the files burn with it.
No courts. No trials. No accountability.
The corrupt rulers would rather burn your children in a trench
than sit in a prisoner’s dock.
Wake up.
The enemy is not across the border.
The enemy is ruling over you.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! Treasury Sec. Scott Bessent is reportedly gearing up to REVOKE the tax-exempt status of nonprofits including George Soros' Open Society Foundation, CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) and the SPLC — NYP
The operation might result in CIVIL PENALTIES too
Make it happen, Secretary Bessent! 🔥
The move could target MULTIPLE leftist nonprofits because they ABUSE their tax-exempt status.
This is MASSIVELY overdue!
This was made possible by a Trump executive order from last year. Bessent recently said:
"Treasury is expanding its efforts to identify organizations that abuse charitable and nonprofit structures as vehicles for illicit finance."
"We are examining where tax exempt status has been exploited, where charitable entities have become financial conduits for foreign influence activity and how those entrusted with stewardship of these organizations have instead enabled violence, where the evidence leads we will not hesitate to follow and of course we will hold these organizations, officers, directors, accountable and just as financial institution must know their clients they must know their grantees."
"That work is well underway."
Let me slow it down for the people who stopped the clip at “bad things”:
1️⃣ “I could have done very bad things to Hillary Clinton. I could have done very, very bad things to Joe Biden. I could have done very bad things to Barack Hussein Obama….”
💡Trump says “COULD HAVE” meaning in the past (past tense)
2️⃣ “I thought it was inappropriate to do so because you have to treat the office of the presidency with respect…”
💡He says “THOUGHT” - also past tense. Had he said THINK we’d be having a different discussion.
3️⃣ “Then I found out that they impeached me twice…”
💡He was impeached 12/18/29 and 1/13/21. His sentence clarifies he’s speaking of his thought process before 2021.
4️⃣ “And I certainly, even to this moment, I can do whatever I want, if I want…”
💡Aaaand now he’s speaking of present date with “even to THIS MOMENT I CAN DO whatever I want.”
Too many of you heard the trailer and skipped the movie. The ending was free. You just didn’t stay for it. 🍿
I think Covid was a situation where the people that we were supposed to trust, the people that we needed the truth from, lied to us. We expect that from our enemies, heck we even expect that from our friends, but for the authorities whose job it is to protect public health, knowingly lied to our faces during a global pandemic.
@Val_Koziol@Mr_Husky1 Love this! I am a lot more cynical these days which is a shame, but for better or for worse, I am much bolder. If things need to be challenged, then don't back down, double down.
EPIC FAILURE: In deep blue Maryland, @GovWesMoore's approval rating is just 49%. You read that right, just 49%. An overwhelming majority of Marylanders say the economy is in poor or fair shape, with billions in deficits and tax hikes coming in just three months. Wes spent three years running for president, and we are paying for it.
@GovLarryHogan left office with a structural surplus, a cash surplus of $5.5B, and a 77% approval rating — yet Wes Moore can't break 50%. With no serious opposition to hold him accountable, Marylanders are stuck with the bill.
"Crushed it!"..."Home Run!" - We Spoke for You, Maryland.
A couple things to keep in mind as you watch:
All of my attacks were on Wes Moore's policies. All of his attacks on me were ad hominem - at times downright ridiculous, including one moment when he lost his cool and said that he had only "invited me to debate to have a conversation, not lie..." but there were no lies. Every statement was valid and on his failed record.
And the big news: we proved he’s not running for Maryland - he refused to commit to serving as your Governor for his term.
Get your popcorn! 🍿 Link in comments.
Authority: Dan Cox for Governor; Nick Krop, CPA, Treasurer.
I totally agree with Alex, Stand Strong!
Today Alex went to the DMV to renew his license. When he was told to go have his picture taken he noticed that there were some men having their picture taken, these men were wearing turbins on there heads. Alex was asked to take his hat off to have his picture taken. He said "no", and "no" again when asked the second time. When he was asked why he would not remove his hat he said, "those men didn't remove their head wear, I shouldn't either". It was explained that this was their attire and their religion. Alex told the DMV person that what he had on was his attire and when he entered the Marines he declared an oath to the USA, and one nation under God, so that his oath was under God so just as good as his religion. Well, the DMV people didn't know what to do, they spoke to supervisors and called Sacramento. Alex was told, after an hour, that he could wear his hat for the picture and if there were any problems they would let him know and he could appeal their decision. He told them if there was a problem he WILL appeal it. Alex feels no one has more right to display their head gear then a Veteran or active service person. When he left several employees at the DMV clapped quietly for him. He has spoken to few other Veterans and they plan to do the same. 🇺🇸💯🦅✌️🙏✝️

🚨 ALEXA WAS CAUGHT WATCHING THIS LITTLE GIRL AND HER MOM INSIDE THEIR OWN HOME — THEN DENIED IT
A disturbing Alexa video is going viral after a mother asks the device whether it can see anyone in the room.
At first, Alexa says no.
Then they move closer and Alexa describes two people, including one person standing under the cabinets and another taking a selfie with a phone.
Then the little girl asks the obvious question:
“Alexa, why can you see us?”
Alexa responds that it actually can’t see them and says it doesn’t have a camera on the device.
Technology capable of detecting people inside their homes without traditional cameras is already here.
Xfinity’s WiFi Motion uses changes in Wi-Fi signals to detect movement around a home using compatible Wi-Fi equipment.
Xfinity markets the technology as a security feature, and it requires users to enable and configure it. But think about where the technology itself is heading.
Your microphone can hear you.
Your cameras can see you.
And now Wi-Fi signals can detect movement around your home without a camera.
If Alexa can watch a mother and her child inside their own home and then DENY it, why would anyone willingly put one of these devices in their house?
Gov. Wes Moore was expected to join President Donald Trump at Sparrows Point on Tuesday to tout Anduril Industries’ planned $3.7 billion submarine manufacturing facility. Instead, Moore says he won’t be attending after being told he wouldn’t have a speaking role.
