@HomeDepot Don’t order anything from here! We ordered an appliance to be delivered and installed. Waited all day as the time came and went. While we were still waiting, we got a text that it was delivered. It wasn’t. Now we can’t talk to anyone who can help and we are out $$$$.

@joefis55 @midi0721 @SengledUSA Nah, this time it is on Amazon. Sengled works fine on their own app and with Google Home. It disconnected from Alexa when Alexa was having a lot of other connection issues. I firmly believe that Amazon is dumbing down “free”Alexa to encourage purchasing their upcoming AI version.

@cwfarre @AmazonAlexa @SengledUSA Might be cheaper to buy a Google Home device. My Sengled lights are working fine with my Google Home. Sadly, I have more Alexa devices than Google Home devices. I strongly feel that Amazon is dumbing down Alexa in order to increase sales in the AI version when it goes live.

@AmazonAlexa @SengledUSA Whatever the issue was with Alexa is mostly fixed but my Sengled devices are not working with Alexa. And the “skill” has disappeared. Interesting that they work fine with Google Hubs and Homes! When is this going to be fixed?!
