Patch Notes 1.16.0.0

In this patch, we've added:
1. Mode Update "Nemo Kart" — new "Kart Modification" and "Vehicle Research" systems.

3. Level Line Update "Nemo Kart" — 14 new themed outfits and more.
4. Map Update "Summer Cabin" — new fishing rods, fish, and a boat.

@goozit @party_animals Well it's waaaay worse for nemo kart, there were only 3 unique maps for the mode before this (plus one variation) so this update effectively doubles the pool for this mode which is very needed. I still think to be really good the mode needs around 10ish maps!

@harristic_ Yeah for sure needs to include pottery because it's still an extremely underutilized feature in the game and hard to understand for new players

@harristic_ I think that campsites should teach players about archeology, and there should be chests with just a brush and some gravel with a clear patch of gravel on the ground that you can brush for sherds and such. Would be a good way to teach players just like how igloos teach players

@AngryNetwrk Yeah this is pretty bad. I love angry birds as a brand and really wanna support new projects but this is unacceptable. Almost makes me hope the next movie flops
