@AskeBay This is exactly what we did, and they’re trying to ‘compensate’ us £25 which is unacceptable.
The item was £150, and was lost due to delivery driver negligence.
Please actually read what happened (above) and I’d like to chat to someone without copy and paste answers.
Imagine sending a parcel with @evridelivery@PacklinkEng and the delivery driver dumps it in a field a mile away from where it should’ve been delivered, where it then gets stolen

The item sent (worth £150,sold on @eBay_UK ) is obviously now missing, meaning both sender and buyer are out of pocket.
Now imagine that @PacklinkEng will only compensate you £25, despite it completely being their (/their drivers) negligence (2/?)
@PapaJohnsUK Yes, and they said they’d send a replacement but that was nearly 2 hours ago, and as it’s now nearly 10:30pm I’m assuming it’s not coming. So this hasn’t been sorted despite talking to the store.
