One of my relative was traveling from @mlrairport to @AUH on 19thNov22 @FlyWithIX flight scheduled to fly at 11.20pm #AirIndiaExpress staff named Deekshith Shetty stopped her even before security check at the maingate & said she couldn't board bcz she only had 1 Name in passport

If there were any such rule, @UAEembassyIndia @cgidubai @IndembAbuDhabi Kindly share the Circular in any authentic media or govt websites. Passengers are being harassed based on the WhatsApp rumours in International airport.

Urging @DGCAIndia @AAI_Official @MoCA_GoI @JM_Scindia to look into this and take action against @FlyWithIX staffs and @mlrairport for allowing this ridiculous act without any Official authority to stop before the gate and create mental stress for passenger.

Asked them right questions and they weren't able to show any official circular from UAE govt. Passenger did board the flight eventually. On 19th Nov, 11.20 pm flight. @FlyWithIX staffs needs to be trained how to deal with this situation

Early Morning when I reached Mangalore Airport to Drop My Family to Dubai, When My Wife and Children entered To Airport and gone to get the Boarding Pass & she was Informed that passport holder with Single name can't travel.when ask the reason She was telling about circular.
