Cybertruck doors are notoriously tough - and they make a really nice "woody" thud when closed. But when the window was open we instead got a "tinny" rattle.

The glass was rattling in it's sliding channel. This was solved for the fleet over the air by rolling the window up slightly when the door opens so the seals stabilized the glass. As a bonus it makes a little Cybertruck profile.

You can still force the window to stay down, just press the window switch a second time once the door is open

This is more than surface scraping. Repair would normally require dry-docking, cutting out the damaged plates, fitting new high-tensile steel, welding and non-destructive testing to naval standards, then blasting and recoating. If any frames or internals were affected it adds cost.
A realistic range for this scale of work on a 2,600-ton Damen-built OPV is $500,000–$2.5 million, with a most-likely figure around $800,000–$1.5 million if the job stays limited to the visible plating and Damen or local Pakistani yards handle it. The number climbs if the ship has to travel for specialized work or if sensors/structure nearby need replacement.
No official survey or quote has been released yet, so this remains an informed estimate based on the visible gash and typical naval repair pricing. Major flooding or systems damage (not shown here) would push costs much higher.
