On June 17th, I was joined by Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari @ibrahimmasari20, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political and other Matters, to inaugurate the Governing Board of the newly established Federal College of Agriculture and Technology, Nabanje, Kafur LG, Katsina. This college was created to advance agricultural education, innovation, and national development.
The appointment of the council members was based on their proven leadership, dedication to service, and commitment to progress. This institution is a key part of President Bola Tinubu’s @officialABAT Renewed Hope Agenda, designed to transform agriculture through education, research, and innovation.
I emphasized the importance of partnerships with local communities, private sector players, and international allies to achieve the college’s goals. I urged the council to focus on transparency, good governance, and research that meets real-world needs.
Serving in this role is a national duty, not just an honor. I reminded the council that their work will leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
