A Governor was "beating for us a story" the other day...

Ati MCAs can decide one morning that they want to go to Dubai for "benchmarking" and the Governor has no option but endorse the plan.

Otherwise, the governor should be ready to be impeached.

In sot, Govenors are slaves to the desires of the MCAs.

A mediocre Governor who sings to the MCAs tune will have an easy 10 year term whereas a very performing Governor who doesn't take orders from the MCAs will find it very rough and even be impeached.

To make matters worse, an impeached Governor's fate depends entirely on the composition of the Senate!
