My daughter has worked so hard. Now they are out of pocket. Two small children deprived of their activities. My heart goes out or our HERO and her family.

My daughter is an NHS nurse. She booked Butlins Minehead for her an husband and 6 and 2 year old daughters. She has worked right through the pandemic. They booked in on Monday and this was what they found. The place was filthy. They reported it

No one came to change the mattresses. They had to book into a hotel for the night. They went back and complained. The mattresses were still on the bed. By 4pm on Tuesday they were booking out. They had to book into the hotel again. Now complaining for a full refund and expenses.
