@crews_rosie @SuellaBraverman @metpoliceuk It can do, it's a lot for a horse to take in, the only plus is that spooked horses tend to run towards clear areas rather than into crowds, but it has happened. Time to ditch the horses for public occasions and let them retire gracefully.
