@astronomer_zero Could you please check your DM's when you have a moment. I sent a message 6 days ago regarding telegram that you added me to, but I was late to get the message and the link expired. Cheers
I think crypto people and everyone else should know this.
What happened in the last 24 hours is pretty clear to me: it is the beginning of the end of something that will change everything if this continues.
➡️Trump was received by no one in Davos at the World Economic Forum. The red carpet he awkwardly walked in a zigzag pattern on was rolled out by Americans themselves.
➡️The large meeting and dinner organized by BlackRock’s Larry Fink had to be aborted because people, politicians, and business leaders from many countries left in turmoil after Trump’s Secretary of Commerce, Lutnick, gave an embarrassing and unbelievably wrong speech.
➡️Various institutions and states worldwide want to sell US government bonds, something the USA would not be able to withstand easily.
➡️Trump’s speech in Davos is currently being mocked internationally. Trump himself repeatedly mixed up Iceland and Greenland and made statements such as having 100% Scottish blood and 100% German blood. The speech is complete nonsense.
➡️So far, only Bahrain, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, and Vietnam have agreed to join Trump’s pathetic "Board of Peace", where participation reportedly costs 1000000000 dollars per year.
➡️Canada’s Mark Carney (and not only him) declared in a powerful speech, indirectly but unmistakably, the end of this world order and named the USA as the nation that broke it. Everyone applauded, with standing ovations from representatives of nations worldwide.
And the rhetoric that the USA may no longer belong to the West is increasingly being used by many.
Quote: the world order is said to be rule based and to promise security, fairness, and mutual benefit. That was never really true, but the illusion could be maintained as long as American dominance guaranteed stability. Today, raw power politics and blackmail, for example through trade, are openly returning, and the West must realize it played along, stayed silent, and supported an order that only pretended to be just.
The world is reacting and will leave the USA isolated and heading toward ruin. India, China, the EU, and Canada are connecting. The USA is disconnecting through threats, lies, and isolationism.
This is not financial advice, but think about what will happen to the dollar. (Stablecoins...)
But that will be the smallest challenge.
