.@SabinoFootball1 coach @Coach_McBrayer led the Sabercats to their first state championship in 25 years. He earned the Southern Arizona Media Coach of the Year honor celebrated tonight at @FrognFirkinAZ. A Sabino alum, McBrayer is bent to always lead the Sabercats to greatness. He loses a significant senior class (including prolific-passing quarterback Cam Hackworth), his offensive coordinator Sly Lewis (new Pueblo head coach) and WR Shamar Berryhill (transferred to Peoria Centennial) but that does not stop him from believing he will reload.
Some players are made for the big moments and @SabinoFootball1's Mason Cade proved he was born to own that moment. Cade dominated the State Title game with 374 yards and FIVE TOUCHDOWNS on his way to a State Championship. Congratulations Mason Cade, and congratulations Sabino!
Sabino RB @MasonCade4 had one of the most impressive Championship game performances I’ve ever seen. Cade was an unstoppable force last night rushing for 350+ and 5 TDs. Absolutely trucked defenders in the 2nd and 3rd levels, never stopping his feet through contact @Coach_McBrayer
