The "Spin Doctor," Harrell has some of the nastiest breaking stuff in WNC. With Spin Rates through the roof, I expect Harrell to rise quickly in Coach @Daniel_Huff's Program. If you've been paying attention, RCC just has a knack for developing high quality arms w/ several transferring D1 and a couple being drafted over the past several seasons.
