This new system has completely destroyed college football in my opinion. Everyone is slowing realizing that their favorite college football team is nothing more than a farm team for the biggest brands/programs. Their is no more building for the future in this new world. Its either you win now or never. Teams will be in a perpetual cycle of rebuilding year after year. I hate to be somber but this sport is in shambles. Unlimited transfers with massive contracts (even the NFL has a salary cap) has turned college football into a place where anything goes. Hard to get excited about any of this anymore.
