“توشہ خانہ 2 کا جھوٹا کیس بھی مکمل طور پر زمین بوس ہو چکا ہے کیونکہ یہ کیس جس شخص کے بیان کی بنیاد پر کھڑا کیا گیا تھا وہ گواہ ہی عدالت میں جھوٹا ثابت ہو چکا ہے۔ اس کیس کو مزید کھینچنے کا جواز نہیں بنتا کیونکہ پراسیکیوشن کی جانب سے پیش کیے گئے گواہ بریگیڈیئر احمد اور کرنل ریحان نے بھی یہ بیان دیا ہے کہ توشہ خانہ سے لیے گئے تحفوں کے کاغذات مکمل تھے۔ لیکن تمام ثبوتوں اور سرکاری گواہوں کے جھوٹے ثابت ہونے کے باوجود کیس کی سماعت جاری ہے۔ اگر سیاسی انتقام ہی مقصد نہ ہو تو اس جھوٹے کیس میں بھی میری اور بشرٰی بیگم کی بریت اسی ہفتے ہو جانی چاہیئے۔ جمعرات کو القادر کیس کی بھی بالآخر تاریخ دے دی گئی ہے۔ مجھے اب بھی امید ہے کہ عدالت میرٹ اور قانون کو سامنے رکھتے ہوئے ان مقدمات میں انصاف دے گی اور اس جھوٹے کیس میں رہائی ہو جائے گی۔

محسن نقوی نے کرکٹ اور عاصم منیر نے پاکستان کا ایک جیسا حال کر دیا ہے۔ پاکستان میں ہر اد��رہ اس وقت تباہی کا شکار ہے۔ کرکٹ واحد کھیل ہے جو پوری قوم شوق سے دیکھتی ہے۔ کرکٹ کو بھی جب سے منظور نظر محسن نقوی کے حوالے کیا گیا ہے تباہی ہی تباہی ہے۔ پاکستانی ٹیم نے 2021 میں بھارت کو 10 وکٹوں سے شکست دی تھی اور تب ایک باعتماد ٹیم تھی-

ان کے پاس میچ جیتنے کا ایک واحد طریقہ یہ ہے کہ عاصم منیر اور محسن نقوی کو اوپننگ بیٹسمین کے طور پر بھیجا جائے اور سکندر سلطان راجہ، قاضی فائز عیسٰی کو امپائرنگ دی جائے اور ڈوگر کو تھرڈ امپائر بنا دیا جائے کیونکہ موجودہ سیٹ اپ کو جیتنے کا یہی ایک طریقہ معلوم ہے

عاصم منیر کو سوچنا چاہئے کہ اپنے ناجائز اقتدار کو طول دینے کے لیے اس نے کیا کچھ کیا ہے:

سب سے پہلے جمہوریت ختم کی- 9 مئی کا فالس فلیگ کر کے ملک کی سب سے بڑی سیاسی جماعت کو کچلا گیا، پھر 8 فروری کو انتخابات میں عوام نے جو مجھے دو تہائی اکثریت دی اسے چھین کر اقتدار ان چوروں کے حوالے کر دیا گیا جنھوں نے ��وام کا پیسہ لوٹنے کے سوا کوئی دوسرا کام نہیں کیا۔ باوجود ڈکٹیٹرشپ کے مشرف کو اگر کوئی عوامی حمایت حاصل تھی تو اس کی دو وجوہات تھیں: ایک، اس نے میڈیا کو آزاد کیا تھا۔ دو، وہ ملک کے دو کرپٹ ترین خاندانوں یعنی شریف و زرداری خاندان کا احتساب کر رہا تھا۔ اب اسی سزا یافتہ کرپٹ مافیا کو دوبارہ ملک پر مسلط کر کے ملک کو کئی دہائیوں پیچھے دھکیل دیا گیا ہے۔

دوسرا، چھبیسویں ترمیم کے ذریعے عدلیہ کی خودمختاری سلب کر کے اسے ایک سرکاری ادارے میں تبدیل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ اس کے باوجود وہ ججز قابل تحسین ہیں جو آج بھی قانون کی حکمرانی اور آئین کی بالادستی کے ساتھ کھڑے ہیں۔ یہ ججز پوری قوم کے ہیروز ہیں اور پوری قوم ان کے پیچھے کھڑی ہے جنھوں نے ان کٹھن ترین حالات میں بھی حق کا علم اٹھایا ہے۔ دوسری جانب، وہ ججز جو عاصم لأ کے سامنے جھکے ہوئے ہیں، انھیں نہ تو تاریخ اور نہ ہی یہ قوم کبھی معاف کرے گی۔

تیسرا ملک میں ظل�� کا بازار گرم کیا گیا، اخلاقی نظام کو مکمل طور پر تباہ کیا گیا اور انسانی حقوق کی بدترین پامالیاں کی گئیں- لوگوں کو جیلوں میں ڈالا گیا اور ملٹری ٹرائل کر کے غیرقانونی سزائیں دی گئیں، اور یہ سلسلہ بنا کسی احتساب کے خوف کے جاری ہے۔

اپنی جماعت بالخصوص، علی امین ، بیرسٹر سیف اور بیرسٹر گوہر، کو پیغام دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ساتھ رابطہ مکمل طور پر منقطع کر دیں۔ اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے اگر کوئی بات کرنی ہے تو اڈیالہ جیل آ کر مجھ سے کریں۔ آپ ان سے جتنی مذاکرات کی کوشش کرتے ہیں، وہ اتنا ہی ظلم و ستم کی شدت بڑھا کر ہماری جماعت کو کچلنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔

کس قدر غیر انسانی عمل ہے کہ گوجرانوالہ میں دو سال سے بےگناہ قید قاسم کھوکھر کا بروقت علاج نہیں کروایا گیا جس سے اس کی جیل میں ہی موت واقع ہو گئی۔ اس سے پہلے بھی کئی ورکرز جیل سے آ کر فوت ہو چکے ہیں۔۔۔ میں ان کے خاندانوں سے اظہار تعزیت کرتا ہوں۔

27 ستمبر کے پشاور جلسے میں پوری قوم شرکت کرے۔ی�� جلسہ قانون کی بالادستی، آزاد میڈیا ، خودمختار عدلیہ اور جمہوریت کی بحالی کے لیے ہے اس لیے پوری قوم کو یک زبان ہو کر نکلنا ہو گا۔ علی امین گنڈا پور اس جلسے کے انتظامات کریں اور جنید اکبر ان کا ساتھ دیں۔ پوری پارٹی اور ورکرز اس جلسے کو تاریخی بنانے کے لیے محنت کریں”

“The FIA sent a team to interrogate me for voicing my views on these matters:

- “Anti-state” content in my tweets
- Afghanistan and foreign policy
- “Asim Law”
- My comparison of Asim Munir’s actions to those of Yahya Khan that led to the Fall of Dhaka
- Psychological torture in jail

The very first question they put to me was why my Twitter account carries what they call “anti-state” content. I responded by reminding them that I am a former Prime Minister and I represent eighty percent population of Pakistani. I will speak on every issue that is in the interests of my people. I have every right to raise my voice for them. No power can strip me of this right, nor can anyone silence my voice on matters that concern the interests of my country and my people.

Their second question was why I repeatedly raise the issue of Afghanistan and foreign policy. My answer was that the prudent policies adopted during PTI's tenure ushered in an era of unprecedented peace in Pakistan, most notably in the tribal regions. Today, as military operations drag us back into turmoil, I cannot remain silent while my people are burned in the fire.

During PTI's term in government, Afghanistan was under the anti-Pakistan Ashraf Ghani administration. The Afghan NDS, working in close collaboration with India, was hostile to Pakistan. Even then, we engaged them in dialogue. I personally went to Afghanistan and invited Ashraf Ghani to Pakistan in the interest of peace. This restored peace to the tribal areas and, after a long time, an environment of stability began to take hold there. The then ISI also supported our policy. But the moment Asim Munir assumed command, he turned to threatening the new pro-Pakistan Afghan government and set out to destabilize the situation. Afghan refugees with three generations of roots here were expelled by force, while drone strikes shattered relations between the two nations and destroyed the hard-won peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas. There can be no peace until all four stakeholders in the region - the Afghan government, the people of Afghanistan, the Pakistani government, and the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa - sit together. History shows that military operations cannot establish peace no matter how much force is used.

The next point of interrogation was about my description of the current situation as “Asim Law.”

My answer was that the destruction taking place everywhere in the country today is under Asim Law. This is not propaganda. It is a statement based on facts and ground realities. First, I was abducted from inside court premises by paramilitary Rangers, and the false-flag operation of 9th May (2023) was orchestrated. That operation was preplanned; otherwise, ten thousand PTI workers could not have been rounded up in mere hours.. The CCTV footage was made to disappear to protect the real culprits. After that, those who held press conferences were set free, and those who continued to stand with PTI were subjected to relentless harassment. This scheme did not just crush PTI; it shattered the very foundations of human rights in the country. After that, when the people entrusted us with a two-thirds mandate, it was stolen, and the very thieves whose tales of corruption the ISI itself once told me were imposed on the nation. The Election Commissioner who should have been charged under Article 6 was granted a nine-month extension. The 26th Constitutional Amendment was passed through the Form 47 Assembly, and judges with no conscience were elevated from whom there is no hope for justice. Every institution has been destroyed.

The ISI, which was working for peace with Afghanistan during PTI's term, has now been reduced to Asim Munir’s personal mafia whose sole duty is to crush PTI by any means. All of this is happening under Asim Law.

The fourth question put to me was why I mention the Fall of Dhaka and compare Asim Munir with Yahya Khan.

“میرے خلاف بنائے گئے جھوٹے کیسز کے ٹرائل بھی کسی قانون یا رول کے مطابق نہیں چلائے جاتے۔ گزشتہ دو سماعتوں سے، جب سے نام نہاد وٹس ایپ ٹرائیل کا آغاز کیا گیا ہے نہ تو مجھے کاروائی کی کوئی آواز پہنچتی ہے نہ ہی میرے وکلاء تک میری کوئی بات پہنچ پاتی ہے اور نہ ہی مجھے جج اور وکلأ نظر آ��ے ہیں۔ کئی گواہوں کے بیانات میری غیرموجودگی میں کر لیے گئے ہیں، ایسے ماحول میں شفاف ٹرائل کیسے ممکن ہے؟ یہ میرا قانونی حق ہے کہ میری موجودگی میں ٹرائل چلایا جائے۔

نو مئی کے کیسز میں ان کے پاس دو ہی جھوٹے سرکاری گواہ ہیں جنہیں ہر کیس میں پیش کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ سرگودھا کی دہشتگردی عدالت کے جج محمد عباس نے ان دونوں کے جھوٹا ثابت ہونے پر ان کی مضحکہ خیز گواہی بالکل ہی رد کر دی تھی، لیکن پھر بھی ہر جگہ انھیں جھوٹی گواہی کے لیے پیش کر دیا جاتا ہے۔

چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کے خلاف دی گئی درخواست کا “آئینی بینچ” کے سامنے ہی لگنا مضحکہ خیز ہے۔ جو بینچ خود اس ترمیم کے نتیجے میں ��جود میں آیا ہے وہ اس کے خلاف کیا ہی فیصلہ دے گا؟

چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کے بعد عدلیہ مکمل طور پر غلام بن چکی ہے اور اس کی حیثیت ایک سرکاری ادارے سے بڑھ کر نہیں رہی۔ چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم آئین و قانون کی بالادستی اور جمہوریت پر حملہ ہے۔

بوگس انتخابات کے نتیجے میں وجود پانے والی فراڈ حکومت کے دور میں ہر جانب تباہی ہے۔ ملک میں سرمایہ کاری صفر ہے اور بے روزگاری میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔ عوام معیشت سے مایوس ہو کر تیزی سے بیرون ملک منتقل ہو رہی ہے مگر قابض حکمرانوں کے کان پر جوں تک نہیں رینگ رہی۔

میں بار ہا کہہ رہا ہوں کہ خیبر پختونخوا میں آپریشن کسی مسئلے کا حل نہیں ہے۔ہمارے دور میں افغانستان سے تعلقات بھی بہتر تھے اور قبائلی علاقوں میں امن بھی تھا۔ آپریشن سے جو collatoral damage کے نام پر معصوم جانوں کا ضیاع ہوتا ہے اس سے دہشتگردی کو ہوا ملتی ہے۔ مسائل کا حل مذاکرات اور بات چیت کرنے میں ہے۔ ملٹری آپریشنز کبھی عوام کا مفاد نہیں ہوتا۔

مجھے اور میری اہلیہ بشرٰی بیگم کو مکمل قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے اور جیل مینیول کے مطابق ہماری ملاقات بھی نہیں کروائی جاتی۔ میری صحت ماشأللہ ٹھیک ��ے مگر 72 سال کی عمر میں میرے جو روٹین ٹیسٹ ہوتے رہنے چاہئیں وہ نہیں کروائے جاتے اور میرے ذاتی ڈاکٹر کو بھی چیک اپ کی اجازت نہیں دی جاتی۔ آخری مرتبہ میرے میڈیکل ٹیسٹ ایک سال قبل کروائے گئے تھے جو کہ جیل مینول کی خلاف ورزی ہے”

پوری قوم کو پیغام دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ اپنی توجہ پشاور کے جلسے پر مرکوز رکھیں جو 27 ستمبر کو منعقد کیا جائے گا۔ پورے ملک سے عوام اس جلسے میں شرکت کر کے ظلم کے خلاف اپنی آواز اٹھائے”

“My sisters and my wife have nothing to do with politics. Aleema Khan only comes forward to convey my message. The campaign being waged against her is shameful and stands as undeniable proof of the cowardice and fear of the regime imposed on the country.

Bushra Begum has no role in politics whatsoever. Never once has she asked me to nominate a minister, a ticket-holder, or a senator. She does not send political messages. She is in solitary confinement and has no contact with any political figure outside. She is only having to endure the ordeal of imprisonment because she is my wife.
The oppressive regime believed it could use Bushra Begum as my weakness, but because of her unwavering faith she has, instead, become my strength. She is perhaps the only woman in Pakistan’s history who is entirely non-political, yet has been imprisoned simply because a member of her family is engaged in politics. Bushra Begum’s health is deteriorating to the point that she experiences dizziness while walking. A request has been filed for a medical examination for her, but it has not yet been accepted. It is of utmost importance to have her examined by her doctors immediately. To imprison Bushra Begum in political cases is conclusive evidence of the moral and religious degradation of Asim’s regime.

All the atrocities against me and my family are being committed under orders from Asim Munir. Our country is currently under ‘Asim Law’. He has buried all morality, running things under the ‘Dacoits and Duffers Alliance.’ The most glaring proof of this moral collapse is that even the women of my family are being targeted.”

“I am a believer in ‘La Ilaha Illallah’ (There is no god but Allah). This declaration liberates a believer from every form of fear and slavery. My life is in the hands of Allah, not in the hands of Asim Munir. Our faith alone is the guarantor of our ‘Haqeeqi Azadi (True Freedom)’, for it grants the strength to break free from the chains of fear.

I continue to be held in solitary confinement in an effort to break me. My personal doctors have not been permitted to examine me for one year. Access to newspapers and television is blocked for weeks at a time. Even family members and lawyers are barred from meeting me. I have not been allowed to meet my political colleagues for a year and a half. My message to Asim Munir is this: no matter how much pressure you put on me, or which of my family members you throw into prison, I will neither bow down nor accept this oppression. I will continue my struggle for true freedom, come what may.

In an attempt to appease the lobby that opposes the current government in Afghanistan, Asim Munir, in his short-sightedness, is destroying the peace that was established in the region during our tenure. Where there should have been a strong relationship, things are being made worse. It grieves me deeply that after decades of hospitality, our Afghan brothers are now being forcibly pushed out of the country. At a time when Afghanistan has been struck by an earthquake, we ought to be helping them, not expelling them.

I direct Ali Amin Gandapur to go to Afghanistan, sit with them, and hold discussions regarding mutual issues and peace and security so that the situation can be prevented from deteriorating further. The sham federal government must answer: if Maryam Nawaz can travel to Japan and Thailand, why should the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa not be able to travel to Afghanistan for peace in his province?

The ongoing military operations, drone strikes, and forced displacements of our own people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are, in reality, an attempt to undermine Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s government that was formed with a public mandate. Ali Amin Gandapur must firmly resist this operation. The people of the province are already devastated by floods. If drone strikes and military operations are not stopped, it will be a grave injustice. Already, many of our police personnel have embraced martyrdom. As long as this operation continues, the hardships of the people will increase, and terrorism will intensify further.

At this moment, the entire country is submerged in floods. People have suffered immense losses because of these floods in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The whole nation must unite to confront this situation. I would surely be conducting fundraising and telethons if I were not in prison. From here, I call upon my nation to contribute generously and wholeheartedly to relief efforts for the assistance of flood victims.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf must also fully participate in the protest against the attack on the political gathering in Balochistan.”

“I appeal to the people of Pakistan to take part, with their customary zeal, in the ongoing rescue and relief efforts amidst the tragic floods engulfing the country. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will also play its role for the flood-affected without any discrimination.

I have always endeavored to raise awareness regarding climate change and the devastation it brings. Earlier, we launched the “Billion Tree Project” in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upon coming into the federal government, initiated the “Ten Billion Tree Project.” Alongside this, we began work on several vital environmental protection initiatives, including small, medium, and large-scale dams as well as national parks, which have helped mitigate ecological destruction. Trees are the true guardians of the environment. Rapid progress on such projects must be made a national priority.

My heart is deeply grieved by the loss of lives and devastation caused by the earthquake in Afghanistan. We stand firmly with our Afghan brothers in this hour of trial. I also express profound concern and sorrow over the forced expulsion of Afghans from Pakistan.

Drone strikes and military operations against our own people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must come to an immediate halt. Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and the provincial government must vigorously resist such actions. Those regions are already reeling under the destruction of floods; in such circumstances, launching operations, drone attacks, or displacements is akin to rubbing salt into fresh wounds.

In light of my directions, the decision of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to boycott the by-elections is commendable. The candidates who have withdrawn their nomination papers also deserve appreciation, as do the members who have resigned from the parliamentary committees. I further instruct them that if they have any vehicles or privileges still in use, they must return them immediately. The final date of the Peshawar rally shall be decided in consultation during September, keeping in view the flood situation.

For three years, despite enduring oppression and coercion, and despite being on the side of truth, I called for dialogue in the national interest. Yet, political vengeance was taken to its extreme against me and my family. Our people were fired upon with live bullets, and even our Opposition Leader in the Parliament was disqualified. No space for dialogue remains after such actions.

They may imprison me or whomever they wish from my family but neither shall I retreat from my stance, nor will I bow before them.”

افغانستان میں زلزلے سے ہونے والی ہلاکتوں اور نقصان پر دل شدید رنجیدہ ہے۔ ہم مشکل کی اس گھڑی میں اپنے افغان بھائیوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہیں۔ مجھے افغانیوں کے پاکستان سے زبردستی نکالے جانے پر بھی شدید تحفظات اور افسوس ہے۔

خیبرپختونخوا میں اپنے ہی لوگوں پر ڈرون اٹیکس اور ملٹری آپریشن فوری طور پر بند ہونا چاہیئے۔ علی امین گنڈا پور سمیت صوبائی حکومت کو اس معاملے پر بھرپور مزاحمت کرنی چاہیئے۔ پہلے ہی وہ علاقے سیلاب کی تباہی جھیل رہے ہیں ان حالات میں آپریشن یا ڈرون حملے اور اپنے علاقوں سے بے دخلی زخموں پر نمک چھڑکنے کے مترادف ہے۔

میری ہدایات کی روشنی میں تحریک انصاف کا ضمنی انتخابات کے بائیکاٹ کا فیصلہ قابل تحسین ہے۔ کاغذات نامزدگی واپس لینے والے امیدواران بھی داد کے مستحق ہیں۔ جن ارکان نے اسمبلی کی کمیٹیوں سے استعفی دیا ہے وہ بھی قابل تعریف ہیں۔ ان کو یہ بھی ہدایت کرتا ہوں اگر ان کے زیر استعمال کوئی بھی گاڑی یا مراعات ہیں تو اسے فوری واپس کریں۔ پشاور جلسے کی حتمی تاریخ کا فیصلہ ستمبر میں ہی سیلاب کی صورتحال دیکھ کر مشاورت سے کیا جائے۔

تین سال ظلم و جبر سہنے اور حق پر ہونے کے باوجود میں نے ملکی مفاد میں مذاکرات کی بات کی مگر مجھ سمیت میرے خاندان سے سیاسی انتقام کی انتہا کر دی گئی ، ہمارے لوگوں پر سیدھی گولیاں چلائی گئیں اور پارلیمان میں ہمارے اپوزیشن لیڈرز تک کو نا اہل کر دیا گیا اس کے بعد مذاکرات کی گنجائش باقی نہیں رہتی۔

“Human societies are built upon two fundamental pillars: justice and moral authority. In contrast, the law of the jungle is based solely on brute force, where the powerful operate above the law. When power supersedes justice in a human society, that society inevitably collapses.

I often quote Maulana Rumi who said: ‘When God has given you wings, why do you crawl on the ground like ants?’

Today in Pakistan, justice and democracy have been ruthlessly trampled and law of the jungle prevails. Independent judges have been sidelined, while obedient, state-appointed judges have been pushed forward. The weak and vulnerable now have no recourse, no avenue for redress.

It is not nuclear weapons that destroy nations; it is the collapse of moral values that leads to national destruction. What we are witnessing is a shameless and systematic assault on morality and democracy.

The inhumane treatment of my wife, inflicted in a bid to break me, is an unprecedented act of depravity in Pakistan’s history. Wives of Sheikh Mujib, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, or Nawaz Sharif were never subjected to political vengeance, but my wife, Bushra Bibi, has been held in complete isolation for 14 months under deplorable conditions—solely to punish me. She has been unjustly imprisoned under the baseless Al-Qadir case, in which she is falsely accused of abetment, a charge the prosecution never even argued in court.

After his removal from office, the so-called 'King of the Jungle' sent a message to Bushra Bibi through Zulfi Bukhari, saying: ‘Aapa (Sister), I would like to meet you.’ She flatly rejected the request, stating clearly that she had no involvement in politics or governance and therefore had no reason to meet. That dignified refusal is what triggered the vindictive wrath of Asim Munir, who is now enacting his personal vendetta through a Colonel illegally posted at Adiala Jail, someone who holds court orders in utter contempt. Asim Munir has made this personal now. On his explicit instructions, scheduled weekly meetings between me and my wife have been denied for the past four weeks. Even the most basic human rights afforded to prisoners have been suspended without cause.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf remains the only true federal political party of this country. We are the force that binds the nation. As the largest democratic force, we are committed to uniting the country under the supremacy of the Constitution, rule of law, judicial independence, freedom of expression, and the protection of fundamental human rights. This nation has paid a heavy price for labeling political opponents as ‘traitors.’ The branding of Sheikh Mujib and Akbar Bugti as traitors inflicted irreversible harm. Today, the same narrative is being irresponsibly used against political figures like Mahrang Baloch and others. These tactics must end. Accusations of treason serve only to fracture the nation.

Media has been silenced through the draconian PECA law, and through coercion and bribery in the form of advertisements. After the unlawful 26th constitutional amendment, the 27th amendment is now being introduced with the same aim: to suppress every voice that dares to speak out against ‘His Majesty, the King’. Those who submit will have their cases wiped clean. Those who resist will languish in prison. Independent journalists have been abducted, silenced, or exiled. Their families have been harassed to the point of despair. This is one of the darkest chapters in Pakistan’s journalistic history.

The morally bankrupt and shameless Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja has played the role of chief facilitator in establishing this monarchy.

نو مئی کے واقعات میں اپنے بچوں کو سزائیں دینے کے بجائے توجہ ہندوستان سمیت دیگر اندرونی و بیرونی مسائل پر مرکوز ہونی چاہیے۔ یہ وقت نوجوانوں کو متحد کرنے کا ہے۔

جن نوجوانوں کو ملٹری کورٹس سے دس ، دس سال کی سزائیں دلوائی گئی ہیں ان کا جرم صرف احتجاج کرنا ہے۔ بارہا کہتا ہوں کہ نو مئی کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج نکلوائی جائے تا کہ معلوم ہو سکے کہ اصل مجرمان کون ہیں اور سزائیں کن کو ملنی چاہئیں ۔ یوں کسی آرمی افسر کے کہنے پر قوم کے نوجوانوں کے مستقبل کو برباد کرنا ظلم ہے۔

چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کا دوسرا نتیجہ یہ ہے کہ ججز اب صرف ایک سرکاری ملازم کی حیثیت رکھتے ہیں اور کوئی آزادانہ فیصلہ نہیں لے سکتے۔ ججز کو ایک فرد واحد سب فیصلے لکھ کر دیتا ہے جو کہ نظام انصاف کی موت ہے۔ میرے خلاف جھوٹے اور بوگس مقدمات اسی لیے چل رہے ہیں کیونکہ عدلیہ آزاد نہیں ہے۔

القادر ٹرسٹ کیس سمیت میرے خلاف بنائے گئے تمام کیسز بوگس ہیں اس لیے مرضی کے ججز لانے کے باوجود میری اپیلیں مسلسل التوا میں رکھی جا رہی ہیں- جس دن میرے مقدمات میرٹ پر سنے گئے سب کا خاتمہ ہو جائے گا۔

میرا تمام پارٹی عہدیداران کے لیے واضح پیغام ہے کہ وہ تحریک چلانے پر اپنی توجہ مرکوز رکھیں۔ میری پہلی ترجیح تحریک اور پارٹی کی تنظیمِ نو ہے۔

“دوسری جنگ عظیم کے دوران جب جرمن طیارے لندن پر بمباری کر رہے تھے تو وزیرِاعظم ونسٹن چرچل نے کہا تھا: "اگر ہماری عدالتیں انصاف فراہم کر رہی ہیں، تو ہمیں شکست نہیں ہو سکتی۔"
بدقسمتی سے، آج ہمارا عدالتی نظام اس معیار کے بالکل برعکس کھڑا ہے۔ انصاف نہ صرف تاخیر کا شکار ہے، بلکہ دانستہ طور پر دبایا جا رہا ہے۔ مجھے اور میری اہلیہ کو صرف سیاسی انتقام کا نشانہ بنا کر قید میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ میرے وکلا اور اہل خانہ سے ملاقات نہ ہونے دینا ان جعلی مقدمات کی قلعی کھول دیتا ہے۔

خواتین کے ساتھ جو غیر انسانی سلوک روا رکھا جا رہا ہے، وہ پوری دنیا کے سامنے پاکستان کا امیج تباہ کر رہا ہے۔ ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد کو مسلسل جیل میں رکھنا، عالیہ حمزہ کی بلاجواز گرفتاری، اور بشریٰ بی بی کو ایسے مقدمے میں سزا دینا جس سے ان کا کوئی تعلق ہی نہیں، اس انتقامی طرز سیاست کا واضح ثبوت ہے۔

عدالتوں کو مفلوج کر دیا گیا ہے۔ مجھے اپنے وکلا سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی جا رہی۔ کورٹ پیکنگ کے ذریعے انصاف کی راہ میں رکاوٹیں کھڑی کر دی گئی ہیں۔ اس کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ:
1. میرے کیسز کی سنوائی ہی نہ ہو تاکہ جھوٹے مقدمات میں مجھے قید رکھا جا سکے۔
2. الیکشن کے بعد بننے والے جعلی حکومتی سیٹ اپ کو قانونی تحفظ دیا جا سکے۔

افغان مہاجرین سے متعلق موجودہ پالیسی ہرگز درست نہیں۔ ان کے ساتھ روا رکھا جانے والا سلوک اور زبردستی ملک بدری کے اقدامات ملک میں مزید بدامنی اور نفرت کو ہوا دے رہے ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ بلوچستان طرز کے اغوا کے واقعات رپورٹ ہو رہے ہیں جو کہ انتہائی قابل تفشیش ہیں- “فیصلہ سازوں” کی غلط پالیسیوں کے نتائج کا ملبہ خیبرپختونخوا کی صوبائی حکومت پر آئے گا اس لیے علی امین کو ان معاملات پر ایکشن لینا چاہیے- دھاندلی کے کیسز ایک سال سے لٹکے ہوئے ہیں ، اس حوالے سے جنید اکبر سیاسی اور احتجاجی حکمت عملی بنائیں-

بار کونسلز الیکشن میں انتظار پنجوتھہ انصاف لائیرز فورم کے اپنے امیدوار سامنے لائیں اور ساری پارٹی صرف اپنے امیدواران کو سپورٹ کرے-“
