Today, state AGs are calling on the Senate to reject the SAVE Act.

Citizenship is already required to vote in federal elections - the SAVE Act was designed to block working Americans, youth, rural voters, & women from the ballot.

An elderly MA borrowers' student loan was discharged due to their permanent disability - then the federal service began collecting again. My office stepped in, resulting in the reinstatement of the loan discharge.

The Trump Admin has made it clear: they stand with polluters over longstanding legal precedent and scientific facts.

If you answered no to both, you would not be able to vote under the SAVE Act. This is voter suppression, not protection.

My office recently investigated a construction employer for misclassification of workers. We found that they were violating a number of labor laws, denying workers sick time, fair wages and more.

This led to more than $160,000 in restitution for 8 workers.

NEW: A judge issued an order blocking Kalshi from offering unlawful sports betting in MA while we continue our lawsuit against them.
