@tapairportugal Coming up to one year without a refund. The "it's taking longer than usual" excuse is an absolute joke. Why don't other airlines have this problem? No accountability. Avoid this airline.
@DiegoMoussallem@tapairportugal Exactly, great point! Maybe I should also charge them for the credit card interest I have to pay on the booking from 10 months ago. I find it terrible that they keep marketing "amazing fares" to people for flights that they know will be cancelled and they will never refund!
