…Instead of drastically raising. It is scary to see the cost of a home with a high rate AND high prices. No one can afford a monthly payment over $1500 for a basic 3 bed 1 bath house. The prices of gas are so outrageous, and there has GOT to be some sort of housing balance.

With interest rates going UP(now on average of around 5.5 - 5.7 )🤯PRICES have to come DOWN.There are less & less buyers recently since the rates drastically went up. 6/7 months ago buyers were locking in at 2.8.What should of happened was they should of SLOWLY raised them to….
