A few years ago, I lost everything—my business and my marriage.
What was supposed to be the end became a turning point.
I learned from the mistakes, experiences, and lessons that followed.
Now, I write about the principles that shape better people and better businesses, drawing from my personal experiences.
Follow along. We build better, together.
A child's behaviour is often a reflection of the parent's.
There's no point looking through the lens of your child to find out who you are.
Do some introspection and ask yourself if your own behaviours are any different.
You can't teach them what you don't practice.
You may teach children through instruction, but they mostly learn by copying your actions.
One day, your child will meet people who have nothing to offer them.
No money.
No status.
No connections.
No opportunity.
Watch how they treat those people.
Because that will tell you whether you actually taught them kindness, or simply taught them how to be polite when they want something.
Teach your children to respect people who can do nothing for them.
Playing to win creates an extra drag.
You burn more gas trying to win quickly, and you may run out before everyone else.
If winning takes longer than expected, you may have played yourself out of the game.
Good morning 🙏
A reminder from Atomic Habits by James Clear:
“Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement. The same way that money multiplies through compound interest, the effects of your habits multiply as you repeat them. They seem to make little difference on any given day and yet the impact they deliver over the months and years can be enormous. It is only when looking back two, five, or perhaps ten years later that the value of good habits and the cost of bad ones becomes strikingly apparent.”
A lot of people aren’t tired.
They’re overstimulated, distracted, and mentally everywhere.
Sometimes you don’t need more motivation.
You need less noise.
Wake up and realize that today is a blank page, and you hold the pen. You don’t need to be perfect today - you just need to be better than you were yesterday. Whether you are hitting the gym for an intense lift, going for a crisp morning run, or just taking a few intentional minutes to stretch and breathe, make a commitment to invest in yourself today. Motivation is what gets you started, but your daily habits and consistency are what will transform your life. Let's win the morning to win the day. Fuel your body with good food, flood your mind with positive thoughts, and let’s crush those goals together! Have an absolutely incredible and productive day ahead.
Want to get good at anything?
Immerse yourself until you start noticing what others miss.
Most people never stay with one thing long enough to reach that point.
It sucks to say it, but the default is overweight, dumb, and broke.
You don't live in a world where you have to hunt for your food and figure out how to survive.
You live in a world where - unless you decide to endlessly practice self-education, because schools do not teach you how to live a good life - you will automatically choose hyperpalatable foods, sit on your couch all day, and get the job that pays enough to survive because that's just what you were supposed to do.
Controversial views are one of the fastest ways to gain recognition and growth on X.
They can even make you go viral.
The downside?
Some account categories simply can't be built under a negative cloud.
Growth Guide — Day 3
Be civil and hospitable.
The first few times someone interacts with you, how you engage with them can determine what follows.
You might meet in the comment section, disagree on a subject, engage in a civil manner, and eventually end up following each other.
First impressions matter. Make yours count.

Brotherly, stop trying to please everyone.
The more you try to make everyone happy, the more you forget about yourself.
Not everyone will like you, and that’s okay.
Be a good person, but don’t lose yourself just to make others happy.
Cheers my bro 🥂.
@EngagementVLT I understand you.
I just wanted to know because that's the template mostly adopted.
"A woman is innocent until proven guilty"
A man is guilty until proven innocent.
A woman deserves it for just being a woman, a man has to earn it to prove he is a man.
I can go on..
@AnamaliHarriso1 Both.
Honesty is about telling the truth, and that's what they did. What wasn't asked wasn't on the menu; therefore, its omission cannot be classified as a lie.
