@UberEats why does it say in fine print on the customers' receipt that you only take up to %15 commissions from the restaurant. After looking at payouts I can assure you thats not true. Our restaurant is FINALLY down to 20%. Others aren't so lucky.

But if customer doesn't go back in and take away the tip, the driver still gets paid. Last few months we have had more and more orders dying at my Restaurant lately. And it appears there's a scam here where the driver can get money anyway.. I want my $9.xx tip back!

@UberEats So I believe I figured out why so many of our orders are dying on the pick up counter. Drivers can proceed with saying they picked up and delivered an order. Customer gets refund. Restaurant gets paid(supposedly).
