@SuperjessieB @ToppsDisney Also if you use facebook to log in, then try to get to direct password, so reach support for it & that will take a lot of replies & time until u finally get to do that. That's how a friend resolved the problem in the past, with this one.

@Erk_TheJerk @ToppsDisney I found a url were u put the username in to request a password reset, so wonder if works since I didn't got e-mail for reset? I also use the fb log. So want to avoid future problems & maybe will work to log in Archive app.

@ToppsDisney The last update for all apps is just trash. Not enough that people can't log in to their account 😡, also exists the lag that comes often is so frustrating and annoying 😡. So how about take a break from pack release and do so maintenance and fix the problems.
