& set his bond at $7500!!!! — that’s 7x TIMES the average for a simple TRESPASS CHARGE!!! 😲

Jake was also BANNED by Judge Bronchetti from attending the Karmelo Anthony murder trial of Austin Metcalf!!

"Must stay 200 feet from court house for 30 days"

This is a blatant use of LAWFARE to cover up the BRUTAL murder of Austin Metcalf by another racist black thug!

& BANNING journalists from covering his trial! 😡

Jake will have NO ACCESS to use phone or speak with his attorney in the MAX SECURITY CELL BLOCK!!!

He will come out just 1 HOUR for every 2 days — to stand in an empty cage outdoors!

Lights on 24/7 … & he hasn't been given underwear or socks!

In his cell he is only allowed a thin mat, suicide blanket and a roll of toilet paper that he is USING FOR A PILLOW!!!

Think of it as a public service.

This is fraud and known as a “Chameleon Carrier” tactic

Companies do this to bypass violations, safety records, insurance lapses and revoked operating authority by switching company names and operating under a new “cleaner” identity

Some drivers even do this to switch identities to bypass hour of service limits

This is 100% illegal

FMCSA rules require accurate identification on the truck matching the actual operating authority

Operating under a false or unauthorized USDOT/MC number is fraud and leads to fines and criminal charges

“Chameleon carriers” are a known problem the FMCSA
