On this day in 1987 the Great Storm happened. Who remembers waking up to the carnage? For me, as a kid in Kent, I remember it very well and I remember seeing all the destruction and the trees blown down.
Absolute WORST guest I’ve ever been on with…
A pathetic Trump apologist
First he defends the tiger video
And then listen to the state of what he says when I challenge him on Trump’s betrayal of Ukraine…
Steve Harness: “You and I know that the sky is blue and that Trump is an absolute moron, but what does AI say about his intelligence and mental health? Meta AI says Trump does not come across as being well. The platform characterized the posts as a non-stop loop of grievances and self-promotion. When It’s about him it’s the greatest, most beautiful, number one ever. When it’s about anyone else, it’s rigged, fake, corrupt, witch-hunt, total black and white thinking”

Exposing the racist and sexist behaviour of Reform UK councillors and a candidate to be MP
I don't want to type out the racist, sexist language. Click play, but be warned, it's uncensored.
The full expose will be broadcast on October 18th at 10:20pm
My view: The comments are awful and disgusting. But what’s almost as disturbing is how familiar they sound.
This kind of racism and sexism is not confined to private chats or fringe political circles; people encounter it every day on social media.
When it’s said in person and broadcast on television, the reaction is immediate: shock, condemnation and demands for answers. But when people face the same abuse online, the response is often far quieter. Non-white Labour MPs have repeatedly described the racist abuse directed at them on social media. Their experiences should prompt more than a statement of support after each new case.
Successive Conservative governments, and now Labour, have had years to confront the way online platforms enable this behaviour. Legislation exists, but people are still left to deal with torrents of abuse while platforms profit from engagement and enforcement remains inadequate.
Why should racism and sexism be treated as intolerable when a camera captures it in a room, yet accepted as part of everyday life when it appears on a screen?
If these comments are shocking on television, they should be shocking wherever they are made.
Keir Starmer wasted two years not making online a safer space, will Andy Burnham continue his legacy, or show some leadership and take action?
This is why Richard Tice was panicking and made a preemptive statement.
An undercover ITV investigation found multiple Reform councillors and candidates being racist, misogynistic, and Islamophobic.
The programme airs on ITV1 this Sunday at 10:20 pm.
The Trump administration is a crime scene
Nick Fuentes knows this because he knows people inside the administration, and they say it's even worse than what is publicly reported.
The next few years are going to be a disaster for Trump's legacy.
Former US Ambassador to Nato and special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker says that "real world consequences" caused by the President Trump's actions "could get out of control or could go very badly".
“He is treating all of these issues that are quite serious as devices in a domestic political fight.”

Sam Altman: What happens when AI gets so smart that even the President can’t do better than following its recommendations?
“What if the President cannot do better than following ChatGPT 7’s recommendation, but can’t really understand it either?”
“What if I just say, ‘ChatGPT 7, you are in charge. Good luck.’”
“Society has collectively transitioned a significant part of decision-making to this very powerful system.”
“That’s how I think things can go wrong.”
