True Story from @dlakecreates I just overheard a guy (who thinks heβs smart) while drinking a sprite brag about how he has a big ride (70kms with a bit of climbing) coming up on Sunday and needs to carb up on sat night with noodles, rice, and pasta so heβs ready for the ride.
I've given up on heavy deadlifts due to improper form (I even had a personal trainer kinda-sorta help me). I hope this helps you more than me. I'm now onto one-legged deadlifts and very controlled lightweight. Better for running form, economy & injury prevention #MyLossYourGain
