Training will be delivered by local Master Craftsmen (pictured) boasting a total of 200+ years of jewellery-making experience between them. Most of our trainers stem from African Caribbean descent to add a totally unique, culturally relevant flavour to the training experience.

‘The Academy will make technical training and fresh opportunities accessible to young people whilst bringing diversity, inclusion, fresh lifeblood and energy to the British Jewellery Trade.
The 6-month training programme is fully funded and there is no fee. The programme is 6 months long and will commence in late February 2021.
Successful completion of the programme will lead to the achievement of the City and Guilds Level 2 Jewellery Manufacturing qualification.
