@SportsnetSpec Maybe the Oilers can't find a better coach for another year if VGK doesn't release Bruce Cassidy. Or they go with an interm route. Possibly MacT. & Todd Nelson combination for 1 year. Given the shelf life of coach's in Edmonton it would be the best way to go: MJ23 style 1 yr deal

@TSN_Sports This will add contract claws to future contact for all coaches in the event a coach is relieved of his duties. This doesn't surprise me. I heard a long time ago that George McPhee was a real douch and other GM's didn't like working with him. Case and point confirmed
