Or just: MatchroomOS. One place for the whole ecosystem.
How it started: one WhatsApp group.
How it's going: six groups, a dead Slack and members_master_v7_REAL.xlsx.
Your community didn't grow. It scattered.
MatchroomOS. One place for the whole ecosystem.
Someone posted a ₹500 Cr requirement in a WhatsApp group. It went unnoticed.
On MatchroomOS, every requirement reaches the best-suited members, even by email.
The film is out.
We already have WhatsApp. So why build MatchroomOS? Six minutes on the 4% problem in business communities, and how we fix it.

#MatchroomOS#CommunityBuilding
spent the last few weeks building a weird little game.
it's a conference simulator for introverts.😅
you walk into a room full of strangers. you have limited energy, and no clue who you should talk to.
some conversations lead nowhere.
some lead to stories.
some lead to deals.
some people are hiding opportunities that no tool can help you discover.
you'll have access to @MatchroomOS, a tool that helps identify interesting people in the community.
but the biggest opportunities?
you'll only find them the old fashioned way.
by talking to people.
enjoy here: https://t.co/L6VpjmHHYX

You asked. We built the Feed.
The Feed is now live on MatchroomOS.
This feature came directly from the community managers we spoke with.
In almost every conversation, one request kept coming back. They wanted a common place where members could share what they were building, post updates, tell stories, ask questions, and see what was happening across the community.
A place where a valuable post could stay visible and continue helping people, instead of getting buried between hundreds of messages.
So, we built the Feed.
Here is what community managers can do with it:
Create topics and tracks
Create permanent topics for ongoing conversations or temporary tracks for events, campaigns, challenges, and focused discussions.
These live within the same Feed, giving members a clear reason to participate while keeping the entire community connected in one place.
Moderate the Feed
Community managers can remove posts that are irrelevant or go against the purpose of the community.
Set community guidelines
Clearly define what members should post, how they should participate, and what kind of conversations the community wants to encourage.
Pin important posts
Keep announcements, opportunities, event updates, and valuable conversations visible at the top.
Bring more members into conversations
Topics and tracks give members a starting point. Instead of wondering what to post, they can join a relevant conversation and contribute around something specific.
We have also connected the Feed with community events. Whenever an event is created, a dedicated track is created automatically. Every update and conversation around that event stays together, without adding more work for the community manager.
We are a small team, and we have to choose carefully what we build next. When the same request keeps coming from different community managers, we listen.
This was one of the loudest requests we received.
If your community is already on MatchroomOS, the Feed is live for you. Open it and share your first post.
And if you were among the people who asked for it, thank you. Genuinely.
Please keep telling us what is missing. It helps us build a platform that community managers and members actually need.
Next, we are reimagining community events and conferences live never before.
Introducing Events @MatchroomOS [soon]
This is one of the most exciting products we have built, for conferences and events in communities.
End to end event management

Have a common chat channel between all attendees
We are no longer leaving the right collaboration to speculation, name tags, and serendipity...
We are making data driven introduction infrastructure for communities.
