End of an era - global family adventure / sabbatical came to a close today. 18 months, ‘000s of miles driven / sailed, oceans / continents crossed, family / life memories made, inspiring people met - in a pretty tricky period for the world …. but time for some new challenges …

The plan is I will soon be sailing across this big blue sea. Can you help with my playlist? Some lively music to keep me awake on the night watches and other tracks as we watch the ocean world go past. Can you could suggest your favourite tracks. Thanks!
Next stage of The Trip “Global (-family) Adventures. Beautiful morning to be flying a bit south before embarking on some more surface travel. Very excited and feel very fortunate. Missing the family who stayed at HQ. Hi to all.
@LookingLight Thanks to @lookingloght for reviewing my book #downbutnotout . As the review said - I just hope it helps a few people as they go through the challenges of life. Happy reading and have a good week!
In honour of #cop26 I thought this was worth a read. Not getting at our #Australian cousins as every country has bonkers policies…… and we all gotta change ….: but come on #australia - you’re better than this.

#worldmentalhealthday2021 today. I wrote my book “Down…But Not Out” to share my story and help make it a little easier for a few more people to talk about their mental health. Hopefully today will help people take time and have some #headspace about how they and others are doing
1 van, 4 people, 4.5 months, 15 countries. Lots of human connections, some new friends, different approaches. Now all history.
Back in Guernsey for a few weeks, some work, school, sorting, catching up …… and then some new adventures.
Looking forward to seeing friends at HQ.
