@zinaraZW to etsblsh TOWN TOLLS on all major entries and exits to HARARE CBD...

....This then calls for more buses @MhonaFelix , Kombis etc that have larger carrying capacities.
Large parking spaces should then be established at these entry points. So you can drive your car e.g from Marondera, park at Mabvuku T/off parking...
