@BinanceHelpDesk@BinanceHelpDesk I didn't receive any DMs. This case was already resolved in favor of the buyer, even though the evidence clearly showed fraud. 12 days of support going in circles, evidence ignored, and now a fake public response. Binance doesn't protect its users. 🧵
🚨 Binance is not safe, my phone was stolen. Hackers broke into my @Binance account. They wiped it clean. I have a police report, security footage, and real-time Google alerts proving I was hacked — Binance still ruled against me. The full story. 🧵
@BinanceHelpDesk Case ID: #159176130 — as requested. Now, @BinanceHelpDesk: why was a P2P appeal resolved against me when the hacker violated your own T&C by sharing a third-party bank account in the chat? The evidence is in your system. Waiting for a real answer. 👇
@BinanceHelpDesk Case ID: 22868021807548534784. I've contacted support multiple times. The case was already closed — against me. I have the screenshot of your final response right here in this thread. This is not a support issue anymore. This is a transparency issue. 👇
@Mehrookhalil@binance Sorry to hear that. Binance keeps ignoring users while collecting fees. That's exactly why I'm sharing my story — we need to be louder. Retweet if this happened to you too. 🔁

My evidence: ✅ Official police report ✅ Security camera footage of the theft ✅ Google real-time alerts matching the exact transaction timestamp ✅ P2P chat showing the hacker violated Binance's own T&C
