@nataliefitzie A3: I’m sure we recall one point where we were an “energy vampire” without meaning to be. When you lose sight of what you strive for or lapse due to pressure it’s easy to fall victim to it. I want to become more mindful of how I feel so I can avoid becoming an energy vampire.

@nataliefitzie A3: I would ask what they would do to help energize their riders as well as how consistent they are with these routines of attitude boosting. It’s easy to begin strong, but over time we can ourselves can feel tired.

@chell777 @nataliefitzie As a youngster we don’t always stop and think of how our actions can impact others. I love the book about being Bucket Fillers as it gets the kids thinking of their actions and learning to be mindful!

@nataliefitzie A2: Thinking back to a time were I was a mainly a passenger of another bus who had a negative driver made the ride rough hard and long each trip. It was hard to stop and think about the situation that the driver might be enduring. It makes the trip harder than it should be.

@nataliefitzie A1 Being the driver for my bus gives me the chance to influence the attitudes of those on my bus and at transfers! Even on rough days, the transfer buses make a difference and we can help boost each other up! #MilamMagnet #Energybus
