The problem is that "they used to" is not true; they still do, but not liking/seeing the movies they come from, the artists who make them, or the songs themselves are why they seem few and far between.
Also nostalgia, but it's not a valid reason to reject the present.

@TrevorAllenMD It's a shame. I always hoped that there would be a way to summon any/all of these cards ignoring summoning conditions since they *kinda* work together, but I think at this point they would be just used as extenders for "disliked plays."

@Stealth40k My thought has always been that when the day comes that the PS3 store (and PSP/Vita) should close, Sony should take everything in it and go full liquidation sale. Hell, throw in limited-time returns of previously discontinued games/DLC (though I know it's likely impossible)

Pokémon was a passing fad for you if you only like Pokémon from Gen 1 or Gens 1 & 2.

What stands in the way is that I don't have a working DS with a GBA slot as I have pokes in Emerald and XD, and I also want to preserve my original saves as it's why I haven't restarted my games. If I knew how to backup my saves (and what was needed to do it), I'd be in business.

Seeing comments regarding XD, you can tell who didn't watch the initial GameCube Classics announcement. If the order is consistent with that video, XD was revealed before Colo, so it stood to reason it would be available first. As to why, your guess is as good as mine. #Pokemon
