My sideways step from Teaching to Healthcare is going wonderfully. While I miss the classroom, kids, and maths, the work/life balance is back to healthy and, frighteningly, it is far less stressful working for the ambulance service than working in education.

Also feeling the biggest indicator of good EDI, like many things, is not what you say but what you do. Seems a lot of talk that boils down to sweeping things under the carpet, or figurehead roles mounted on paper thin walls.

I'm hoping the same isn't true of 'It gets much easier next year'...

@DrAdamBrett Absolutely, just really enjoyed the first day of Primary! I did a Primary placement at university and it made me seriously wonder about going into Primary instead of Secondary back then, and one of the class teachers here used to be a secondary teacher.

@JakeGMaths Just trying out infinity whiteboard with my laptop and Galaxy S4 Lite. Both connected to the same room on Chrome. The two PDFs in the center were uploaded on the tablet but only show on the laptop? The left PDF was uploaded on the laptop, shows on both.
