@kittystrand_ @pylonfan In Canada you can apply to ADP to get the government to cover most the cost. If you're on disability it's free provided your ADP application is approved. It's a long wait. By the time they got my walker to me I needed a wheelchair... been waiting 9 months to see if it is approve

My PTSD is severe and only has 2 triggers.. hospitals and a bad few years starting in 2012 (I'm not disclosing what it is but it was severely traumatic). I don't have any signs of BP. An asshole thought of this theory.

@LUBOttom Mine was abdominal.. with your adhesions you'd think they'd want to do abdominal to clean out the mess as well.. also better viewing to make sure they don't cut the bladder trying to separate it. I almost bled to death internally afterwards.. doctor must've forgot a stitch or 20

Gr 12 needs mostly electives. Culinary class did not go well online in spring. None of the hands on classes did. JK was ok but I liked it the way it was, we could do that. Now it's more involved. Also, do I have the patience to teach a 5 yo neurotypical kid how to read 🤦‍♀️

We have one week to decide.. they just gave us the back to school plan today. One week. Half-assed plan. No full explanation how online will look for 5 yo or gr 12. No going back on decision unless it's a scheduled re-entery to school.

I have to thank @pylonfan for starting me on my EDS journey.. otherwise I'd be a cripple and have no clue why. Going for genetic testing next week (cardiologist insisted after heart blip landed me in hospital). Then feeding tube & bone marrow biopsy. One foot in front of other.

@trialia I know.. I've been involved with the great mask debate many times on Facebook 🙄. I just think it sucks that this is how his last year will look. I loved gr. 12. You own the school. (I had a 2 yo in gr 12 though).

Hi all. Long time no tweet. I've been busy cheating death.. surgeon tried killing me. EDS, POTS, MCAS (possibly mastocytosis, bone marrow biopsy tbd), gastroparesis. Engaged, 5 yo step-daughter. No longer basement dweller. Oldest divorced. Youngest grade 12. I'm tired. Hi!
