@Nashon_Tambo My mentor once told me the reason why poor designs survive is simply because of the multiple factors of safety we employ in design. (from f.o.s in bearing capacity to loads etc..) For a design to fail it's extremely poorly designed and built.
Visited the BRS(Business Registration Service) offices in upperhill and the service was amazing.
1.Working ticketing system(no need ya kutoa chai ndio upate service)
2.Modern office space with waiting bays
3. Fast service
Imagine if all government agencies were this efficient.
Quoting Vusi Thembekwayo from one of his talks.
"The problem with Africa is that we seem insistent on electing leaders who've never built anything and then we wonder why they build nothing"
They simply don't know how to.

This one looks taller than Mt. Kenya but because it is in dry (low rainfall) Kenya it never got attention. The white man concentrated on fertile lands. Otherwise we would be having Mt. Laisamis.
I visited Etihad stadium and I wondered how much it would cost to build such an iconic stadium, did a quick google search it cost β¬119m about 16bn kes. Recently 4bn kes was used for consultancy by the sports ministry letβs not even talk about the 100bn for SHIF system. Itβs not a problem of money itβs a leadership issue.
The driving experience on this road is terrible. One time we almost veered of the road into a cliff while giving way to a truck which had occupied almost the entire width of that narrow road.
@Nashon_Tambo Interesting, but i think you'd have usage limitations like only using the warehouse as a cold/dry storage facility. Hapa i'm not sure where you can have mezzanine floors or gantry cranes. Would love to know more about this concept.
