The Pakistani terrorist regime has once again carried out attacks on Afghan territory, resulting in the deaths and suffering of innocent civilians, including women and children. Such actions are unacceptable and constitute a grave violation of human dignity and international norms.
We call upon the international community @UNHumanRights@IndiaUNNewYork@UNAMAnews to condemn these attacks and demand accountability. We also urge our Ministry of Defense to take all necessary lawful measures to protect Afghanistan’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the lives of its citizens. The blood of innocent children must never be ignored.
A young Pashtun from Pakistan speaks with courage after the killing of Maulana Sheikh Idris in Charsadda.
He asks simple but powerful questions: If the borders were closed for months, how did the attackers suddenly come from Afghanistan? Who provided the motorcycles, registrations, and local support? Why is Afghanistan always blamed first whenever such incidents happen?
His message is not only political but also emotional. He reminds everyone that Pashtuns on both sides are one people connected by language, history, and brotherhood.
Blaming Afghanistan without evidence may create headlines, but it does not create truth. Real justice begins with honest investigation, not convenient accusations against a weaker neighbor.

The Killing of Sheikh Maulana Muhammad Idris Tarangzai in Charsadda
Ahmed Saeed
The assassination of Sheikh Maulana Muhammad Idris Tarangzai in Charsadda is not an ordinary security incident. According to Pakistani media, unidentified gunmen attacked his vehicle in Utmanzai, Charsadda; two police personnel assigned to his security were injured, and no group has yet claimed responsibility.
This raises serious questions. If a respected religious scholar, senior JUI-F figure, and a man with police protection can be targeted near his own area, then either Pakistan’s security system has deeply failed or there are forces inside the system who do not want the truth known.
Many analysts believe this killing is not only about one scholar. They argue that such attacks serve a larger political and psychological purpose: to create mistrust between Pakistani Pashtun religious scholars, madrasa circles, JUI-F supporters, and the Afghan government. The aim is to build an artificial wall between Afghan religious leadership and Pashtun Islamic scholars across the Durand Line.
For decades, religious seminaries, scholars, tribal families, and Pashtun communities on both sides have shared religious, cultural, linguistic, and historical bonds. Any power seeking to control the region knows these bonds are stronger than borders, propaganda, and state narratives. Therefore, targeting influential scholars spreads fear, confusion, and suspicion.
However, accusing any institution directly requires evidence. What is clear is that Pakistan must conduct a transparent, independent, and credible investigation. If the killers are truly “unknown,” the state must prove it by exposing them. If powerful hands are involved, silence will only deepen public suspicion.
The killing of Maulana Idris Tarangzai should not become another buried file. It is a test for Pakistan’s security establishment, political leadership, JUI-F, religious scholars, and Pashtun society. The people deserve answers: Who killed him? Who benefited from his death? And why was he not protected despite his police escort?
This assassination may be intended to divide scholars from scholars, Pashtuns from Pashtuns, and Afghanistan from Pakistani religious circles. The correct response should be wisdom, unity, and a demand for truth—not emotional reaction, sectarian blame, or political exploitation.
The blood of a scholar should not become fuel for propaganda. It should become a call for justice, transparency, and unity among Muslim and Pashtun people.
