For you. You’ve disrespected my time, taken advantage of my kindness and understanding, messed up multiple times without even an a simple apology. If you are holding for Delta care, hang up. You wont get help and you are wasting your time- just like I did.
Dear @Delta we are breaking up. It’s not me, it’s you. I booked a flight for 4 people 5 months ago. Since then you have changed our flights, separated our confirmations, moved our seats and asked me to hold to fix it 40+ hours.
That I’d booked and paid more months ago. While every frontline representative I’ve talked to has been kind and sympathetic, they have no power to help. They escalate to supervisors to who tell them “sorry not sorry, we cant do anything- system issue”. Honestly, I’m embarrassed.
