They are testing a "Kurier" multi-purpose assault robot from the same building that houses Reactor 3 of the ZNPP.

Russia uses the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) as a shield and military base, knowing that Ukraine must exercise extreme caution to avoid a catastrophic nuclear accident.

The law imposes obligations on all parties to armed conflict to refrain from attacking nuclear power plants and to avoid, as much as possible, any action that would expose them to attack, including locating military objectives at or in the vicinity of such facilities.

Today, together with Ukraine's Special Operations Forces @SOF_UKR , we "brought fire" to the Ryazan Oil Refinery (Ryazan Region, Russia).

It's time for Moscow residents to get ready for lines for imported fuel - Russia can no longer meet the capital's demand on its own.
The Ryazan Oil Refinery is Russia's third-largest refinery in terms of processing volume, and it plays a key role in supplying fuel to the entire Central Federal District and, most importantly, the Moscow region.

We have already caused a third of Russia's oil refining capacity to be knocked out of operation and we have no intention of stopping.

Ukrainian drones reportedly struck the NS-Oil fuel and energy complex in Novospasskoye, Ulyanovsk Oblast, targeting a facility that includes a small oil refinery (processing capacity of up to 600,000 tonnes per year) and a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage terminal. Ulyanovsk Oblast Governor Aleksey Russkikh confirmed an attack on an energy facility in the Novospassky District. So-called special services are working at the scene.
