These are the best things to put on TV before taking a nap:
- any movie on TBS, especially on a Saturday afternoon
- golf, as long as it’s not a major Sunday
- Forgetting Sarah Marshall
- a college football game you don’t care about
- This Old House
Amazing. I’d definitely recommend tailgating, so get to stadium early. Maybe like 9am or so to get a lay of the land, walk around, explore, and enjoy yourselves. You should be able to get into lower bowl during warmups but will have to move if someone with those seats arrives. Make sure you get wings while you’re here and if you have time, I love both East Aurora and Lewiston as great villages with cool restaurants and bars.

This story is remarkable. Let me introduce you to Misha Golod, who four years ago was in the middle of a war zone in Ukraine.
This week he’s competing in the Porter Cup.
The Bills and Ravens have the best odds to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. Should they? @JConnSports joined @SalSports & I for the latest episode of the pod.

@sabreappraisal The first thing I do every time a player signs a deal is check AFP. But a lot of people hear $4.5M, scoff, and say he got too much. That’s what this is in reference to.
We need to recalibrate our brains.
In 2026 $4.5 million isn't a "big" contract.
It's all about the percentage of the cap. Krebs new deal is 4.3% of the Sabres salary cap. It's the same percentage as a $3.5M contract in the year he joined Sabres.

Konsta Helenius, Noah Östlund, & Jiří Kulich
These are three massive pieces for the Buffalo Sabres moving forward and the veterans on the team know they're ready to take on bigger roles.
