This is far more serious than folk realise. Scots pay for the BBC. It's meant to be our national broadcaster. But there's growing evidence the BBC tried to implicitly sabotage the Glasgow Commonwealth Games by ensuring no free live coverage and a negative pre-Games narrative.

This goes beyond political bias. It hits at the heart of the role of the BBC in Scotland and the justification for the TV licence. The Glasgow Games, like any similar national event, reflected Scottish national pride in itself and how we engage with the international community. The vast majority of Scots, many children from low income households, were denied a lifetime memory experience.

The BBC found money to broadcast the Bundesliga live. It's found money to pay for the Birmingham European Athletics Championship. Yet its bid for the Glasgow Games was so low it's been described as derisory and one Games' organisers could not seriously entertain.

This was a slap in the face for all Scots. Not just those who support independence.

The BBC has never been Scottish. It's a London controlled broadcaster. However, it's also never been considered anti-Scottish. That changed with the 2026 Glasgow Games.

Labour is blaming the SNP for the Cairngorms wildfire. Using that logic then Labour is responsible for the massive wildfire in Suffolk. It's also responsible for the multiple other wildfires in England, including the huge fire still burning after five weeks at Tintwistle moor.

Robert Kilgour, who launched an attack on the SNP Govt on Radio Scotland this morning, isn't just a former Tory candidate and donor. He founded a pro-Union business group called SBUK that makes clear its opposition to independence. Its members are a who's who of Scottish Unionism.

BBC Scotland has given up pretending it wants to question Anas Sarwar after he jumped the sinking Scottish Labour ship like a rat. The peerage row was causing Labour too much trouble so has been closed down. It's why the Cairngorms wildfire was politicised and GP walk in clinics attacked. They desperately need some SNPBad.

This is so confused. Minimum pricing actually benefits pubs because it stops supermarkets selling drink at ultra-cheap prices. It doesn't affect pubs - unless they want to sell wine for less than £6.34 a bottle or a can of beer for below £1.43. Which I'm fairly sure they don't!

Meanwhile the MOD has been forced to admit the UK military doesn't have water-bombing aircraft.

Radio BritNat presenter Lucy Whyte has effectively accused the Scottish Govt of politicking using the Cairngorms wildfire. This is BBC Scotland at its malevolent worst. It remains to be seen if Whyte's smear is picked up by BritNat politicians and their newspaper allies.

According to Whyte, the Scottish Govt should not have sought formal confirmation that the Army did not possess aerial waterbomb equipment. That the Army *doesn't* have this capability is the newsworthy aspect of this exchange, but that's ignored by Whyte who is pursuing an agenda.

BREAKING: Police Scotland have arrested 15 people after disorder linked to demonstrations at Glasgow Green and a far-right group in the city centre.

The offences include assault, possession of offensive weapons, breach of the peace, obstruction and resisting arrest.
