@IconsFestivalUK massively disappointed with the 2019 icons festival. Security were overly aggressive, drinks overpriced (£5.50 a pint), sound system failed multiple times, fences obscured the view to non VIPs. Won't be coming back. #absoluteshambles

@avroenergy Awful customer support - I switched away from Avro in October but was told I had to wait 8 weeks for my credit to be paid back to me. 13 weeks on and still no payment, no email replies from Avro and no answer by phone. Is the company going in to administration?
