@VodafoneUK are now saying that it will take a further 48 hrs to remove the bar on my line!!! Unbelievable!!! I'm guessing they actually don't want to keep their customers!! I'm done with Vodafone and find new contract elsewhere. I bet they get me connected quicker @ofcom

Just got off the phone with @VodafoneUK 8th time. Trying get a bar removed from my line since last Friday!! Get told every time that they are sorry but it will be resolved in 24 hours. When it's not I call back and am told the same thing! Got Pak code. Going to leave! Shocking!!

@VodafoneUK contacted me in response to my tweet to say sorry and they'll look into it and I'm still waiting for some action 2 and a half hours later! How hard can it be to remove a line restriction! By midday tomorrow it will have been a week!

@VodafoneUK saga continues. Received msg today saying that there is a fault on my line that no 1 in the last week noticed. It will take another 48hrs to fix. I said this is not good enough. 10 mins later my line is totally disconnected!! How is this right!!! @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog
