@oguzerkan If $NVDA is expected to grow at that rate, why are they returning capital to shareholders and not reinvesting in their own company? The bond issuance was unnecessary. You could argue the WACC is reduced but I think it’s the canary.
@TheAlphaThought Glad to see some truth around the hype. IBanks intentionally low ball IPOs so that they can allocate to their best clients, ensuring that they have a nice payday.
@ThierryBorgeat The institutions that received almost all of the IPO shares are sitting on their hands. If the underwriters believed that this was a $200+ per share company they would have priced the IPO higher.
@NoLimitGains Anyone that thinks it’s going to go up from here. Big players distributing from the $135 entry point into retail FOMO. Bigger picture, why did the IBanks price at $135? Elon left a lot of money on the table.
Nvidia growth narrative in jeopardy. Companies with “continued parabolic growth” do not return capital. Rather, they redeploy into the business to fund growth.
Hyperscalers building their own inference silicon. Rationalizing capex. Excess training capacity. Think telco.
Eric Schmidt says intelligence is about to decouple from us.
“The computers are now doing self-improvement.. They don’t have to listen to us anymore.”
Within six years: a mind smarter than the sum of humans -- scaled, recursive, free. We have no language for what’s coming.
@CoinMarketCap Grift. Financial parasites. IB’s take huge fees as they unload this garbage on the individual investors. How much crypto is used to fund consumption? Who accepts it as payment ?
The tulips are stunning.
