@wcchousing I received a call from the complaint’s who want to combine both my complaints together that I have made over the past two days, they are two separate complaints, the woman then cut me off the phone these people are crazy, Westminster who are you employees.

@wcchousing I received a call from the complainants and they wanted to combine both complaints that I have made yesterday and today together, they are two different completes and the lady cut me off again, the service that we get from Westminster is 0.

This is an up date of the manhole in my house, just to show you Westminster still haven’t helped to resolve this, my family and Have been living with this for months and months, This is we’re my son was sleeping, now I have fur on my bathroom walls due to a leak from upstairs.

Still no change had to surveyor look at this manhole in my house, they cannot move it outside, they cannot cement it, I just have to live with this 😥🤮

@Ombuds the smell and the flies and they basically said that I have to live with this, they offered me £50 for stress and £50 for lost of items

@wcchousing update, video taken just now, please take a look would you want to live in a house infested. Westminster council don’t care because it’s not their house, these have made my family and I sick. These are in my bathroom and kitchen they come up the plug holes

@wcchousing Thank you Selina , Westminster council and Westminster community homes are aware that I’m living like this but don’t care, I have a manhole in my house and this is the the result, I have been living like this for the past 3 year all through lockdown and now this has got worse

@wcchousing The gentlemen that came this morning to lay my floor, arrange for this to be collected, he was unable to lay the floor due to the manhole and the cracked concrete.He also had to tape the air vents on the door because of the flies, I’m so stressed right now.

@wcchousing ok so they came today to fix the floor and to my surprise, work cannot be carried out the manhole and now the floor is ruined back to square one. I’m raising another complaint and your NOT putting my family and I in a hotel, rehouse us now! Another day off work wasted

@Ombuds I have been living in a property with a manhole in my house, this manhole leak raw sewage I have complained to Westminster council and they do not listen or even care.

@wcchousing this flooring was removed over two weeks ago, yet no one has been to collect it.
